Shipping policy

Shipping- Processing time for orders may take up to 2-3 business days maximum. Orders then will be shipped out to you within 5 business days maximum. 

Lastly,  orders will be delivered to your billing and shipping address within 3 business days after the date that your order has been shipped.

Orders may take approximately 11 business days for your order to be delivered to you . 

When placing orders please keep your billing address AND shipping address the same.

NOTE:  In some circumstances, orders arrive earlier than expected! 

 

Lastly , to ensure quick order processing, shipping, and delivery times once customers payment are successfully completed there may not be any changes made to any orders. Customers can email thelenaehaircollection@gmail.com , BUT there is no guarantee that any changes can be made to orders!
