Refund policy

 Exchanges : The Lenae Hair Collection accommodates exchanges on any selling products , accessories, and/ or hair that have not been opened, worn , used, and/ or tampered with. To qualify for an exchange, the product must be delivered within 7 days of receiving your order! If your order does not qualify for an exchange The Lenae Hair Collection will send your order back to the shipping address used during check out, but The Lenae Hair Collection is not responsible for shipping cost or fees for exchanges. All products, accessories, and/ or hair can only be exchanged for the same money value or less. If you decided to exchange any product(s) for a cheaper value than your original order, The Lenae Hair Collection will not refund you the difference. The Lenae Hair Collection is not responsible for any lost exchanges. For exchanges, please attach a note inside your package including your order number and reason for wanting to exchange.

 Refunds : The Lenae Hair Collection does not give out full refunds . Due to COVID- 19 customers can not return any items until further notice. The Lenae Hair Collection is dedication to the safety of all customers. The Lenae Hair Collection is trying hard to reduce the risks of the returned items being sent back. Yet, to accommodate customer satisfaction, that is why The Lenae Hair Collection does allow exchanges only.
